The Future of Farming: Game-Changer Hydroponics

In November 2024, I trekked to Chennai, India, to meet with our partner, Future Farms and discuss near term planning for our homegrown hydroponics project. The hydroponics project intent is to train poor, low producer farmers on modern agriculture techniques like hydroponics. What great progress has been made to complete the software platform supporting the game-changer FutR-AG platform. I am excited to report that the software monitoring system eliminates high facility maintenance costs and help poor farmers troubleshoot the growth cycle of the plantings. FutR-AG enables full monitoring and traceability from seedling to harvest for all plantings. The software combined with the hardware solutions offer a turnkey system for easy integration in any farm setting. It’s an end-to end platform for connecting low producer farmers to supplier and to buyer. Things are moving on the right track! 

We will pioneer this system in our demo hydroponics facilities in the coming months. And we shall use the platform to teach poor farmer how to adapt to modern agriculture. So stay tuned!
