At The C14 Foundation, our About Us story reflects our values of compassion, innovation, and service.
The C14 Foundation was founded in 2018 by Martina Molsbergen Tamaro, CEO of C14 Consulting Group, LLC, with a single mission: to serve the poorest of the poor by creating lasting, self-sustaining change.
What began as a vision to address critical human needs—clean water, food security, healthcare, and shelter—quickly evolved into a hands-on operation that builds replicable, community-driven solutions. From direct funding of humanitarian projects to developing programs that can be mirrored in other regions, our work is rooted in sustainability and empowerment.
We focus our efforts on communities suffering from severe malnutrition, poor health infrastructure, and systemic poverty, always striving to create long-term impact—one visit at a time.
We build long-term solutions that communities can sustain on their own, ensuring meaningful impact that lasts.
Every initiative begins with listening—responding to real human needs with care and respect.
Our systems are designed to be scaled and adapted for other underserved communities, increasing impact.
We fund and coordinate life-saving surgeries and critical medical care that would otherwise be inaccessible.
We provide access to hydroponic technology and hands-on education that empowers communities to feed themselves.
We work directly with local partners to co-create solutions that are culturally respectful and community-led.
We don’t just fund projects—we’re in the field, building relationships, implementing sustainable programs, and ensuring long-term success.
Our model focuses on regions with high rates of malnutrition, limited healthcare, and little access to basic human needs.
